By accepting employment in a position subject to FMCSA requirements, employees consent to receiving work-related and compliance-related text messages from Evans Concrete LLC. Providing a mobile number is a condition of employment in regulated positions.
The frequency of messages may vary depending on operational needs, federal requirements, or safety considerations.
Standard message and data rates may apply based on the employee’s mobile carrier and plan. Evans Concrete LLC assumes no responsibility for these charges.
Employees may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. However, because these messages contain mandatory compliance and safety information, employees who choose to opt out are required to contact our Office Manager/VP Sharon DeLoach at 912-739-3733 Ext.104, or by email at sdeloach@evansconcrete.com, immediately to establish and maintain an alternative communication method. Failure to establish and consistently use the required alternative channel after opting out may result in missing critical work-related information. Such failure will be considered a performance issue and may lead to corrective action, up to and including disciplinary measures, in accordance with company policy.
Employee mobile numbers will only be used for company business, compliance, and safety purposes. Evans Concrete LLC will not share or sell employee contact information to third parties, except where required by law.
